Use this menu item to import transactions from a QuickFill Internet Extensions SQL Server database on the Internet to a QuickFill database.
When run in the "Run Later" mode this import skips transactions that require user intervention. A record of skipped transactions is kept in the QuickFill database so that they can be processed the next time the import is run in "Run Now" mode.
When run in the "Run Now" mode all previously skipped transactions are processed as well as new transactions. The number of new transactions imported can be limited by a value entered on the filter.
Password
Enter your QFIE import password in this field.
Get up to ___ transactions
Use this field to specify the number of new transactions you would like to download. You can download up to 999 new transactions at a time. If you are importing in the "run now" mode all previously skipped transactions will be processed prior to processing the new transactions.
Automatically place duplicate subscriptions into an unposted batch
Sometimes you find that customers inadvertently enter internet orders twice. If you check this box the duplicate subscriptions will be placed into an unposted batch where you can view them and take corrective action manually. You can either delete the duplicates and issue refunds for the duplicate credit card charges or you can enter them as renewals.
Preview
Use this button to display a screen that shows you the number of transactions, broken out by transaction type, waiting to be imported from the QFIE server. This screen will also distinguish between "previously skipped" transactions and "new" transactions.
The remaining fields on the import filter ('Names and addresses', 'Set sex based on name or prefix', and 'Set prefix based on sex') indicate how the case, sex field, and prefix field will be handled by the import for new orders and address changes. These fields are "read-only" and can only be changed from the 'Settings' screen.
