Prior record (Edit menu)

Use this command to do the following:

• View the prior customer record when on the "Subscription and prospect records" lookup screen,

• View a customer's prior subscription when on the "Subscription history and orders" lookup screen (this only works if a customer has more than one subscription),

• View prior order in a subscription when on the "Detailed order display" lookup screen (this only works if a customer has more than one order—i.e., active, future, etc.—in their subscription), or

• View the prior definition when on a definition screen. (For example, let's say that you have selected 'Offers' from a definition submenu and then clicked on "Change" to see its definition. Now you can use the 'Prior record command' to see the definition for the prior offer that is in the list of defined offers.)
