This filter tab is used by the Make Controlled Subscriptions Update, and Qualified Circulation Report.
Include prospects from these lists if the prospect has never been a subscriber
Use these fields to include the names of prospects, from one or more prospect lists, who have never been a subscriber in your report. They will be included together with any subscribers you selected on the other filter tabs, provided you checked the 'Subscribers and prospects' box on the first tab of the filter.
Also include prospects from these same lists if the prospect is an expired subscriber or had a subscription canceled by the publisher and the last issue they received was between ___ and ___
Sometimes you want to create a controlled subscription for a prospect even if they have had a subscription in the past, provided that subscription ended a while ago. By entering a range of issues in these fields you can specify how old their former subscription must be in order to allow the creation of a new subscription for them. Typically you would enter an issue range from 1 to N where N is an issue number from a year or two ago. It is possible for a customer to have had multiple subscriptions in the past. In that case the issue number filter applies to the subscription with the most recently served issue.
Country codes
Enter one or more country codes and your report will include customers whose addresses are located in those countries. (Enter "USA" if you would like to include customers with addresses in the United States of America. Enter "CAN" if you would like to include customers with Canadian addresses.)
Postal/Zip codes
Enter one or more postal/zip code ranges, and your report will include prospects whose postal/zip codes fall within those ranges.
States
Enter one or more U.S. state codes or Canadian province codes, and your labels will include customers with those state or province codes only. Enter "ZZ" if you would like to select all non-Canadian foreign customers.
Companies
Enter one or more company names, and your labels will include customers from those companies only.
Include customers with any/all of these selection
flags
Exclude customers with any/all of these selection flags
Every customer record has eight selection flags which can be set or cleared via the address change transaction or by the 'Mark Customers' update. Use these checkboxes to include or exclude prospects based on the state of the selection flags. If you choose the 'any' option then the prospect will be included (or excluded) if any one of the indicated selection flags is set. If you choose the 'all' option then the prospect will be included (or excluded) only if all of the indicated selection flags are set. Other flags may be set too, but all of the indicated selection flags must be set for the prospect to be considered to be a match.
