This report tells you how many prospects you have broken down by list code and by the year that they were entered. This is useful if you are considering purging some of your prospects to make space available in your database.
Summary, Detailed by publication
The summary report shows you all of your prospects broken down by list. The detailed by publication report shows you the same data, but the prospects for each publication are reported separately.
Prospect date range
Leave the 'Prospect date' field set to "All dates," and the report will include prospects regardless of date. Enter a date range in this field, and only prospects that fall within that date range will be included. You can change the date range by right clicking in this field and selecting the appropriate range. If you wish to use a specific date, select the 'Custom dates' range and enter the desired date range.
Demographic codes
Leave the 'Demographic codes' fields blank, and your report will include all prospects regardless of their numeric demographic code. Enter one or more ranges, and your labels will include prospects with codes in those ranges only.
If you fill in ranges for more than one demographic code (A: 1-10 and C: 20-30, for example), the prospect must match the range you've specified for both codes. In our example, your labels would not include a prospect with an A code of 5 and a C code of 10. But it would include a prospect with an A code of 8 and a C code of 25.
